You are offered an app-lock PIN right after signup, and the owner can add authenticator sign-in whenever you like.

What is ClassPe?

Who is ClassPe for?
Owners and front desks of small and mid-sized institutes: coaching centres, tuition classes, dance studios, music schools, karate and martial arts schools and yoga studios that collect regular fees from students and want to stop running on registers.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. It is built for a receptionist or owner-operator running a front desk, usually on a phone with a parent waiting. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use ClassPe.
How long does it take to get started?
Most institutes are running the same afternoon. You add your batches and fee amounts, and you can start marking attendance and collecting fees straight away. You do not need to enter a year of history first.
Does ClassPe send WhatsApp messages to parents automatically?
ClassPe writes the message for you, for example an attendance update or a fee reminder, and opens it in WhatsApp so you can send it with one tap. Each message goes from your own WhatsApp.
Can parents pay through ClassPe?
A fee reminder can include a link to a payment page that opens the parent's UPI app with your details and the amount filled in. The money goes to your own UPI or bank account; ClassPe does not hold it. You record the payment in ClassPe.
Can my trainers and staff use it?
Yes. You can add staff and trainers, assign trainers to batches and control what each role can see. Every plan includes unlimited staff logins.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. More than one branch can be run from the same account as you grow.
Is ClassPe a learning platform for online classes?
No. ClassPe manages the running of your institute: admissions, batches, attendance, fees and parent updates. It does not host online classes, courses or exams.
Is there a free trial, and how much does ClassPe cost?
Yes. You get 2 weeks free with the whole product and no card. After that ClassPe is a flat monthly plan for the whole institute: Starter at ₹500 a month or Pro at ₹1,999 a month, with unlimited students, batches and staff logins on both.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. ClassPe opens in your phone's browser with nothing to install, and also works on a computer, so you can mark attendance or record a fee at the door.
What ClassPe does not do (today)
- It is not a learning platform: no online classes, courses or exams.
- It does not hold your fee money. Payments go to your own UPI or bank account and you record them in ClassPe.
- Parents do not log in. They receive WhatsApp messages and, if you include one, a payment link.
- WhatsApp messages are written for you and sent with one tap from your own WhatsApp, not blasted automatically.
- It is not accounting software.
